How to delete your data from Rishtay Walay

At Rishtay Walay, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, you can do so using the methods described below.

Method 1: Delete via Account Settings

If you have access to your account, you can delete your data directly:

  1. 1Log in to your Rishtay Walay account
  2. 2Go to your Profile Settings
  3. 3Navigate to Account Settings or Privacy Settings
  4. 4Click on "Delete Account" or "Delete My Data"
  5. 5Confirm your request

Method 2: Request via Email

You can request data deletion by sending an email to our support team:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your registered phone number
  • Your full name as registered on the platform
  • Confirmation that you want all your data deleted

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove the following information:

  • Your profile information (name, bio, preferences)
  • Your photos and media
  • Your contact information
  • Your match history and preferences
  • Any data received from Facebook Login (if applicable)

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Please note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, but will be deleted as soon as the retention period expires.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, we only receive and store basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) that you authorized during login. When you request data deletion, all Facebook-related data will be permanently removed from our systems.

To revoke Rishtay Walay's access to your Facebook data, you can also:

  1. 1Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. 2Click on Apps and Websites
  3. 3Find Rishtay Walay and click Remove
